Explosion in Balochistan; After Taliban, Islamabad Now Blames India Responsible for Attacks in Pakistan
Tawazon – The Pakistan Army, in a statement released today (Wednesday, May 21), announced that the attack on students in Khuzdar, Balochistan, was organized by India and its operatives in the region.
Previously, Pakistan used to blame such attacks on the Taliban, claiming that these kinds of attacks were planned and executed from Afghan soil.
According to the statement, the Pakistan Army said that after its defeat on the battlefield, India has now turned to actions involving terrorism and unrest in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Pakistan Army wrote: “India’s proxy terrorist groups, which were defeated in Operation Banyanome Masroor and are being pursued by security forces, are being used by the Indian government as tools to fuel terrorism in Pakistan.”
The Pakistani government announced that the death toll from the explosion has risen to six people, including three female students and three male students, and the number of injured has reached 43, including 18 female students, 12 male students, as well as men and women.
Following the attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian-controlled Kashmir, on May 11, in which 26 people were killed, tensions between New Delhi and Islamabad have significantly escalated.
The four-day war between the two countries finally ended through the mediation of Donald Trump, the President of the United States.
This comes at a time when such attacks in parts of Pakistan have intensified in recent days.
Previously, the Pakistani government held the Taliban responsible for such attacks, but since tensions with India have risen, the government now blames Prime Minister Modi’s administration for these incidents.
