Iran and Israel Exchange Devastating Strikes; Hundreds Dead and Injured

Tawazon – On the third day of the clashes, Iran launched multiple missile attacks on Israel in response to the Israeli assault on Tehran and other cities, causing significant destruction in the cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa.

According to Israeli media reports, at least 10 people were killed and 140 others were injured in Iran’s missile attacks on Israel. The attacks also caused widespread damage and destruction in the country.

Dean Al-Sedoun, spokesperson for Israel’s international police, said: “It is believed that some individuals are still missing, and therefore, our rescue teams, in cooperation with other agencies, are working to identify and rescue those who may still be trapped.”

At the same time, Israel announced that it had launched airstrikes on 40 targets in Tehran and over 150 locations across Iran using more than 70 fighter jets.

Israeli military spokesperson Effie Daffrin stated: “Last night, we targeted 40 sites in Tehran with more than 70 fighter jets, including advanced missile defense systems. Tehran is no longer safe. Striking Iran’s capital holds high operational and strategic importance, and we have been preparing for this for years.”

According to Iranian sources, the Israeli attacks on Iran have so far resulted in 215 deaths and 648 injuries. At least 30 military personnel and one Red Crescent aid worker were killed in East Azerbaijan.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that, following Israel’s airstrikes, seven other commanders of the IRGC Aerospace Force were killed along with Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

On the other hand, the Israeli army issued an urgent warning to Iranian citizens, advising them to stay away from weapons manufacturing centers, nuclear facilities, and military support infrastructure.

The Israeli military spokesperson emphasized that civilian presence near such infrastructure could endanger their lives.

Kamal Penhasi, another spokesperson for the Israeli army said: “Dear residents, for your safety and security, we urge you to immediately evacuate these areas and not return until further notice. Your presence near these facilities puts your lives in danger.”

Meanwhile, Israel carried out coordinated attacks in Iran early Friday morning, resulting in the deaths of several high-ranking Iranian figures.

A large number of civilians, including women and children, were also killed or injured in the attacks.
