A Taliban Member Killed Under Torture on Charges of Collaborating with ISIS
Tawazon – Mawlawi Arif Basharat, a member of the Taliban’s special forces in Kunduz province, who had been arrested on charges of collaborating with ISIS and murdering a Chinese citizen, has died as a result of torture.
According to sources, several other Taliban special forces members have also been arrested on charges of collaborating with ISIS.
Sources claim that ISIS has infiltrated the ranks of the Taliban. Meanwhile, the killing of Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, the Taliban’s Minister of Refugees, was one of ISIS’s planned operations, carried out by one of a ISIS member.
